Micro-courses exist within functional areas. Each functional area is composed of a set of tasks. Each task requires a skill. Each micro-course focuses on a specific skill. A micro-course is constructed to be short and impactful to keep the learner’s attention. Upon completion of a micro-course, the learner should be able to gain the skill to execute the task.
